I have been a sports card and memorabilia collector for over 35 years, focusing mostly on baseball, football, hockey, and NASCAR. In the past 20 years I have focused more on collecting autographs, mostly TTM. In the past two years, I have started to create custom designs to send out. In terms of what I collect, I'm pretty eclectic. Here's a snapshot of what I collect in each area.
Baseball: Teams: Chicago Cubs. I am currently trying to collect signatures of all Chicago Cubs alumni from 1948 forward. I also pick up players, especially HOF's where I can. See my list on my website for autographs I need. Individually, I collect Scott Spiezio, Kelly Dransfeldt, Billy Petrick, and Jacob Goebbert.
Football: Teams: Chicago Bears. Big fan of the Bears, always have been. Again, also collect HOF's and anyone I can get TTM. I also am a huge fan of alternative leagues (USFL, XFL, Arena). Individually, I collect Dez Clark, Mike Alstott, Coby Fleener, & Jamie Cumbie.
Hockey: Chicago Blackhawks. There really isn't one player I focus on, I just look for former Blackhawks.
NASCAR: I collect 1/24 diecasts of Brian Scott and Matt Kenseth.
