Biography
Brandon Allen Backe (pronounced /ˈbæki/; born April 5, 1978, in Galveston, Texas) is a starting pitcher in Major League Baseball who is currently a free agent. He joined the Houston Astros in 2004, after two seasons with the Tampa Bay Devil Rays.
