Rafael Addison (born July 22, 1964 in Jersey City, New Jersey) is a retired American professional basketball player in the NBA. He is 6'7", 215 lbs. Addison attended Syracuse University and was drafted in the second round of the 1986 NBA Draft by the Phoenix Suns.
